Sylarna is in the middle of Sweden, which is 63 degrees north, only four degrees south of the arctic circle.

These were sketches done on rest days of a 90 km hike.

Green is elegant

I have noticed how elegant bicycles are. Many Green modes of transport are elegant, if by green I mean 'powered by wind, sun, gravity, water, or one's own muscles', in contrast to being powered by fossil fuel or coal.

Think about sail boats, surfers, runners, bicycles, and horses.

This is a fabulous place! Flyinge - Sweden's national stud. This is where they breed the beautiful Swedish Warmblood horse. The buildings are majestic and the horses are pampered and beautiful.
