My friend Ann calls these little still lives ... vegetables documented. While I agree, they are still useful exercises, as the musician does scales, the artist paints veggies.

I have been going to the pool to swimm and enjoy the scenery with all the bubbles and blues.

Still ... only 3 colors: winsor blue, winsor yelllow, and alyzarine

This is from my graphite sketch of the little church in Kandersteg. I stick with my three colors, and did this very quickly in the akvarell class by Måns Sjöberg:

Nowadays I use only the tree colors: winsor blue, winsor yellow, and permanent alyzarin. Now I have a super small painting kit with only these three colors, one brush size 10, an H pencil and an eraser.
